What Meditation Really Is:
Getting to Know Your Own Mind

February 28 - March 27
Tuesdays 7 - 9 pm

Discover the profound stillness that is always with us beneath the turbulence of all our thoughts and emotions. Based on recent teachings by Sogyal Rinpoche, this in-depth meditation class for both new and continuing students shows how we can allow the mind to settle quietly, in its own natural peace. Then what happens is quite extraordinary, and can bring us more confidence, clarity, compassion, and presence in everything we do.

FIRST CLASS FREE! You are invited to reserve a space and attend the first session free, then sign up if you wish to continue.

The first module of What Meditation Really Is will be offered on five Tuesdays from 7-9 pm starting February 28th. The suggested donation is $75; reduced rate or scholarship can be arranged. Everyone is welcome regardless of ability to pay. For further information or to reserve a space, please email rigpaRSVP@yahoo.com or call (415) 777-0052.
