a block south of the Montgomery Street BART/Muni Station on Market
and a block east of the Museum of Modern Art, in a neighborhood
with restaurants, cafes, and the Academy of Art University.

Parking Tips:
Coming from the south or east bay, you can park near a BART station such
as Daly City, Rockridge, or North Berkeley and take BART to Montgomery
Street. If you drive, street parking is free on Sundays and evenings
after 6 pm or 7 pm (depending on the meter). If you arrive a little before
6 pm there are usually spaces on Howard between 1st and
2nd; a little before 7 pm there may be spaces on New Montgomery in front
of the center.
Parking lots and garages in the area include U.S. Parking between 1st
and 2nd, Natoma and Minna (415) 974-6155. Natoma is a one-way alley
parallel to and between Howard and Mission that can be entered from
2nd Street.
Daily flat rate, $20; weekends and evenings after 4 pm, $10. Attendant
there until 9 pm so pay in advance and keep your keys.

0-1 hrs, $3; 1-2 hrs, $6; 2-3 hrs, $9;
3-4 hrs, $12; 4-5 hrs, $15; 5-6 hrs, $18;
6-7 hrs, $21; 7-12 hrs, $25; 12-24 hrs, $30.
Open 24 hours and doesn't seem to have special evening or weekend
rates; accepts credit cards or cash.
Bicycles and Motorcycles:
There is a bike rack in front of the building, and nearby garages have
bike parking. Also, there is a row of motorcycle spaces on Howard near
New Montgomery.
